In this project, I undertook the task of formulating and testing biomaterial recipes with a focus on enhancing material strength and achieving diverse color variations. Employing glycerin, gelatin, and starch as base components, I systematically substituted water with various viscous liquids and experimented with different starch sources in adherence to a 6:6:6 classic bioplastic recipe. I demonstrated how substituting water with viscous liquids and cornstarch with various starches in the 6:6:6 classic bioplastic recipe enhanced material strength and diversified color options. This highlights the potential for innovative, sustainable material development.
